Please add additional fields in Submit a form screen for global admin to assist when troubleshooting forms.

Workflow Name
Ensure this is the latest workflow name, not old name if workflow was renamed.
Could be available to users - not a deal breaker if users see workflow name.

Permissions Indicator
Global admin should be able to quickly identify the permissions on this screen.
If everyone has access to form, it should display as "Everyone".
If limited to specific users, it should display as "Restricted" or "Limited".
Then as a global admin, we can easily troubleshoot when users have issues with form submissions. We currently have to run a form to identify which workflow it belongs to.
In addition, we should be able to manage permissions from submit a form screen as global admin or a workflow owner. At minimum, at least see permission details if restricted or limited to quickly troubleshoot why users may not have access to the form.
Also, business owners should be able to edit permissions of a workflow that is a form start event. As they should be able to manage which users in the company can access the form. Is this going to be released at some point?
