It would be nice if global admin could access workflow tracking on any workflow since TASKS doesn't allow us to open the task forms that were completed. Just shows information. Instances only shows history, tasks are not available. We have to list ourselves for every workflow as a business owner which is not ideal in the event we need to support an end-user if a Workflow Owner is out.
We have had issues with "Access Denied" error after adding someone after the fact. We are still testing why this occurs. We think there is a delay but can't identify the issue. We will be logging a ticket for it in the future once we gather test scenarios to provide. However, a feature that allows us to show all workflows in the workflow tracking section of My Nintex, if we wanted to enable it, for Global Admin only - would be great!!
