Where a people picker field is associated to a specific SharePoint Members Group, the field should have the capacity to provide a drop down of the members to select from.
Currently, a user completing the form has to guess who is within that group to get a match. (or you have to provide manual URLs to the group to enable a check - not nice!)
I understand where the group membership is large this may be a problem, but for a smaller group of approvers this would be very useful (maybe it is only available for smaller groups?)
Similar to the old SharePoint 2010 experience. (see attached )
