It would be great to remove the time string from the data if you hide the time on the field.
For example I use the date/time picker field all the time and most of the time i hide the time. Then when I go to use the date in an email or something similar it also shows the time as 00:00:00 and just looks really messy, so to get around this I have to modify string every time.
Also if I use the time too I never normally want the time to be included with the date later in a process so I have to use modify string again (multiple times as i never want the seconds) to get the time that I want sperate from the date to use on its own.
It would be great if it created the option to keep the date and time as separate values
We are having issues with the Date/time picker as time is not always visible on the screen and people think that selecting the date is enough, but when they click away from it nothing is selected.
Would it be possible to have a time field or improve the display option to get them into the time selection after clicking/selecting a date?
