Add Nintex Gateway Support

I'd like to have Nintex Apps connect to Nintex Gateway.

  1. Nintex Gateway allows me to connect to on-prem services like SQL on-Prem. Right now, I'm forced to duplicate SQL on-prem data to Nintex Data tables. It's just an unnecessary intermediate step

  2. Nintex Gateway also allows me to connect to RPA LE or Foxtrot. Right now, I have to kick off a workflow, which then kicks off a Foxtrot bot. It would be cool if I can do this directly within Nintex Apps
