In-App Chat

When building an app, there isn't a 'clean' way to communicate with other team members. For example, In many apps you can do something like "@Tom can you please review", and Tom will receive a notification/email.

I'd like this type of feature within apps.

I could see a few different ways - Maybe the chat is directly in the app. You post a comment and @ someone. They get a notification and can do the same (using the new "People" field type?) Or, maybe you hook the chat into an existing communication channel (like Teams, Slack, etc...) and the user gets a Teams/Slack message? Maybe there's a 'Notifications' control that can be added to the Mastheader that shows the little bell with a red circle when you have a new notification (when someone has @'d you)
