Actions can be closed by the person assigned to the action but the IO owner may disagree that the action has been completed and therefore needs an option to reopen an action.

remove role assignment from inactive users

Where a staff member has left the company their user profile is made inactive.. We still see inactive users in the role allocation in map view. Suggest an option to remove users from role assignment at the point where the user is made inactive.

Checklist Items for Tasks

In the acutal preview checklists are generated for process activites. A helpul feature for the user would be checks for tasks. That way he can save his progress once he began to work at an activity.
