It would be good to have a Glossary that is case sensitive. Currently IT (Information Technology) is being tagged every time we use the word 'it'.

Move Triggers and Inputs section on Procedure to the top

Wouldn't it make sense for the 'Triggers and Inputs' section to be at the top rather than at the end of the procedure. They are supposed to support the user experience by providing information on what triggers the process yet most users would not ...

Saving Processes and changes

the working area of the screen is less than 1/4 of the screen height, can we increase this area to make it easier to move elements around to get them in the correct order.

We are trying to delete roles- syaing its in 3 processes, exported the processes to excel to find out what ones, have then deleted from those processe and it still won't delete the role?^More on this: exports are unreliable. Roles may be associated to a process in the export, however the role does not appear within the process itself.
