Show workflow instance name on dashboard/task list

This is a simple request - we like to keep task names identical for reporting. However, people assigned tasks sometimes need to find/prioritize. This page would be much more functional if there were more fields (such as instance name) available.

Add the option to filter by "Completed date" in workflow tracking.

If a workflow was started a month ago, and fails a month after start, it may be further down a list of other more recent failed workflows. Add the option to filter by "Completed date" in workflow tracking.
