    Improve the building of an onboarding plan

    Currently you add one process at a time - it would be good to be able to select multiple from a group.

    Required fields

    Instead of setting up conditional formatting for every field that is required to show a redline on the field. we would like the ability to set up a template that can be applied. Setting this up for every field sucks

    Labels in K2 smartforms associated to input controls

    Presently if you add a smartobject fields and it auto creates the label, the label you can't click on which takes you to the control, which is required for some web compliance standards. A workaround is you have to convert the label into a datalab...

    Export Report on Trainees within a training unit with status

    Forms/views versioning and ability to roll back

    K2 cloud currently tracks versions of views and forms but does not have ability to roll back to earlier versions. Please provide option to add comments/labels to forms/views at the time of check-in or publish and allow to rollback to previous vers...

    Implement Security Configuration for K2 Workspace Menu Items

    It will be useful to be able to implement security configuration on specific menu items in a K2 Workspace to allow visibility to users from specific groups. This would enhance the dynamic nature of the workspaces.

    Ability to report against archived data

    Separation of Untrained and Expired training totals

    Currently, users who's training is 'Expired/Overdue' also appear in the 'Untrained' column. This can become confusing for reporting purposes and feel it would be more beneficial for them to be separated.
