    Case sensitive glossary

    It would be good to have a Glossary that is case sensitive. Currently IT (Information Technology) is being tagged every time we use the word 'it'.

    Feedback on 10th December Update moving info to Process Attributes dropdown

    Re release 4.12.5.0 - December 10 2024. The Change Log now only displays about 3 items, previously it displayed up to 20, this has created a LOT more work when trying to find an item in the change log. Previously we could also search in the change...

    Ability to add timeframe across activities.

    Allow a number of days etc. to be prescribed over multiple activities so that an overarching timeline can be allocated. For example from activity 1 through to 10 takes 30 days.

    Record type of edit when editing a published process

    The ability to choose from a list of 'edit types' when editing a published process eg grammar/punctuation, change of role, major change to activity, minor change to activity

    Display PO & PE role title

    Currently, in the Summary menu, only the names of the Process Owner and Process Expert are shown. It would be useful if their roles are also listed against their names, so users can understand in what capacity they are the Owner and Expert.

    Better placement of the Save button

    The save button is in an odd position, and gets overlooked and not very intuitive.

    Center align screenshots with tasks

    Allow screenshots to center align with tasks, user feedback that the screenshots are hard to see what task they are related to.

    Display roles and responsibilities in policy / procedure view

    Policies typically require a reference to individuals who are responsible for administrative activities of the policy. These responsibilities are all RACI in nature. I would like to build them into the body of the policy and also have a visible RA...
