Prevent duplicate selections in a repeating section.

It would be nice if there was a way to validate that an option in a repeating section has already been selected, without allowing "multiple selection". Or have an option of a selector, in some way.
Example, we have a List lookup control inside a repeating section. But we want to make sure users do not select the same options twice and validate to save the form.
