We have many forms (list items) that we need to print to PDF and save to SharePoint. We have over 30,000 of one particular form. If we could perform this action with a workflow, this would cut down on the manual process significantly. We usually have over 10,000 forms per year, many must be retained as records once complete. It is easier to save the PDF as a record.
We could use the item title as the document name, or to reduce the possibly of duplicate file names, we could append the title with the item ID. If the workflow allowed the configuration of the required fields in the library, that would be of great assistance as well.
