Forms - Create exception for people picker validation when editing forms with deleted user accounts

When user accounts are deleted in Microsoft Entra, the associated SharePoint user profile is deleted from all SharePoint Online sites. This causes an "unable to save" error when trying to submit edits to forms that contain people picker fields with deleted users filled in. Please update Forms to allow these deleted users to remain in people picker fields without revalidation to a SharePoint user profile.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback for our review. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on other highly requested features. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
