I have designed Flexi Task Form (Classic Form) in the Nintex Office 365 workflow & Nintex forms on that SharePoint Online Site.
I have designed a task with "Email with Actionable Message" that has to be approve or reject by an assigned user. Also, I have set Auto completion Date via workflow if there is no response from user for Certain Period then Task will be Auto-Completed based on that Date.
Once the task has been auto completed then the following email will be sent to the Assigned User. But that email contains still "Approved" or "Rejected" buttons are showing with enable mode.
How can we remove those Action buttons for Email Notification upon task completion?
Thank you for your feedback. We have recently announced the end of life for Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and we are currently focused on features helping our customers upgrade to Nintex Automation Cloud.
For any new workflow feature requests, I recommend raising them in the NAC section of ideas. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
This is a very basic feature/function, we (Nintex customers) are so surprise and disappointed Nintex Workflow does not provide this feature/function to their customers :(
