Support Default Date Format Setting for JotBlocks (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY with Current Date Prefill)

In regions like France, the DD/MM/YYYY date format is the standard. Currently in AssureSign, when adding a Date JotBlock, the validator must be manually configured each time to use the "Date in DD/MM/YYYY format with current date prefill" option.

Suggested improvement:
Introduce a way to set a default date format at either the user level or account level, so that:

  • The preferred date format (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY) is applied automatically when adding a new Date JotBlock.

  • Optionally, the current date prefill setting is also enabled by default.

  • Template creators can save time and ensure consistency across documents.

Why this matters:

  • Reduces repetitive manual configuration.

  • Ensures compliance with local standards (especially in non-US regions).

  • Improves efficiency for teams creating high volumes of templates.

This would be a helpful quality-of-life improvement for international users.
