Add Native Checkbox JotBlock for Template Creators

When building templates in Nintex AssureSign, there’s currently no native Checkbox JotBlock option. While support suggests using a Radio Button with one option or a Multi-Select with a single value as workarounds, these aren’t intuitive and add unnecessary steps for template creators.

Why a true checkbox JotBlock would help:

• Simplifies the template design process with a clear, one-click control.

• Avoids confusing workarounds that don’t behave like real checkboxes.

• Reduces setup time and lowers the chance of errors or misconfiguration.

• Improves consistency across templates and with signer expectations.

Adding a checkbox JotBlock would make template creation more efficient, especially for simple consent or agreement scenarios.
