Allow subsequent signers to view attachments added by previous signers

I would like to have signers add additional documents which then appear to the next signer for part of their review before signing, in the same way addendums appear.

It should be possible to stipulate in the template whether the signer attachments are visible to the subsequent signatories or not.

This would allow for subsequent signatories to be in receipt of full evidence before approving documents.
