Nintex Trial Licenses After Sandbox Refresh Can Cause Process Failures

When a Salesforce sandbox is refreshed, Nintex's LMA generates a new license tied to the sandbox's new org ID. By default, the license is created as a 'trial' license until the customer reaches out to Nintex to request it be updated to match the active production license. This step is commonly overlooked until processes in the sandbox begin to fail and docgen errors are encountered.

While using the Nintex Form to submit these sandbox license requests is convenient, it is only effective if the customer is aware of the form and remembers to submit the request after each sandbox refresh.

Please create an automated workflow to identify sandbox orgs for existing customers and automatically update the associated trial license to active status, eliminating the need for customer intervention.
