Red validation banner removed when a contact is selected.

On the email preview page, when clicking Send without any recipient a red banner error occurs

" you must specify at least one recipient for the email." red banner shows up.

After selecting a contact or adding to Additional To section, the banner does not go away. But, will send successfully if click Send again.

Change the validation to the fields rather than the button.
