Bring back/ update the Compile button on the DocGen Package

The DocGen Package used to have a Compile button when information was not pulling into the Generated document.

This occurs often when working with Component groups or when other users in other regions run the DocGen Package. It is usually required to reach out to support to get assistance and get the package recompiled and verified working for users in other regions.
