When pause to edit option is checked on templates, users need to download the template, make edits and then upload the doc again to generate a final document. From the user/agent point of view this is not a user friendly experience and they consider it as a limitation. Downloading, making edits, uploading are the additional steps that hinder the smooth flow of generating the documents for users.
Instead if there is a pop-up or an editable component just like word-to-email templates that will let users edit one final time before sending an email, if we have a similar window for pause to edit templates, it would be great both from the user experience and will also reduce the time to generate the doc and the number of clicks thereby generating the document seamlessly.
