Combine Files into one via a collection

It would be nice to be able to have all files in the collection combined in the order they are in the collection into one file.

Right now we have to figure out how many files were uploaded and then configure document generation actions for each number of documents, get those files, and then add them to the DocGen action.

Since we don't know how many files might be submitted, it is crazy to have to configure for each number of documents.
