Workflows Dashboard - Fill DocGen Execution Count Column

On the Workflows Dashboard, there is a column labeled DocGen Execution Count. This column is filled with zeros even for rows containing workflows with DocGen actions in them.

Since it's already there, it seems that column should contain actual values. The value is useful for assessing use by customer, which can be calculated toward sharing of DocGen subscription costs.
