Workflow REST API - Filtering and Pagination

It would be nice for us to be able to filter or paginate on the workflow REST API. Specifically on the tasks endpoint.

We have an uncommon scenario where too many results that cause slow response times. It would be helpful to limit or paginate the returned records.
