Making process models visible in process group admin views

As an admin and Promaster I'm constantly making and reviewing models on request. I generally make these in a private group and finesse with stakeholders until they're ready for publication and release. At this point I'd like to either change the group in the model (currently not an option) or drag and drop from the admin group interface.
