Customize system popups such as Errors

When a message pops up it would be nice if we could customize them so users can understand what they mean. This error message occurs when someone tries to open a task that has already been completed (through email link), the error message doesn’t give the user a good reason and makes it seem like an access rights issue. This has nothing to do with allocation.
