SmartForms View and Form different behavior on automatically creating button rule

Issue can be reproduced with both Cloud and K2 Five.

1. Drop a button on a View and click on the Rules tab (Screenshot1.png)
2. Click on “Add Rule” (Screenshot2)
3. The Event will be automatically created (Screenshot3)
4. Now do the same on Form-level – the Event is not automatically created.
