Change display of Conditional Formatting Selection Dialog from grid to tiled display

The current grid display for conditional formatting (styling) is a bit cumbersome in display. We could change it to a tiled display showing the preview (even with a limited viewbox), move the name for the style to a text overlay on the tile and use badge-like control overlays to edit/delete entries.
