Automatic workflow renaming feature based on folder location

I would like to propose the addition of a feature that automatically renames workflows based on the new folder they are moved to from the manager. This feature would improve the organization and management of workflows.

Current Situation: Currently, the structure of workflows in the manager is displayed as follows: top-level folder/workflow name.

For example, if we create two separate projects:

  • Project A:

    • View

    • Form

    • SmartObject

    • Workflow

      • Workflow A

  • Project B:

    • View

    • Form

    • SmartObject

    • Workflow

      • Workflow B

In the manager, these two workflows will appear under a general "Workflow" folder, with no distinction between the projects:

  • Workflow

    • Workflow A

    • Workflow B

Problem: When noticing this, the instinctive solution would be to rename the folder containing the workflow. However, this does not change the workflow’s position in the manager—it remains listed under the general "Workflow" folder.

Currently, the only solution to reposition workflows correctly in the manager is to create a copy of the workflow using the "Save As" function.

Proposal: Introduce an automatic workflow renaming feature that reflects their location in new folders, without needing to duplicate them via "Save As." This would simplify workflow management and eliminate unnecessary duplication.

Thank you for considering this feature request!
