When an attachment Control is used in a list view both editable and read only, currently there is no provision to indicate or alter the user that attachment is mandatory or no attachment is attached until the row is edited. In current case it will display an empty cell.
Instead of that if the control has an extra property or attribute to set a message dynamically when it is empty it would add more value. And if the same can be modified through rules it will be great.
