When we do lot of deployment of workflows, the table Server.LayerEntry growing quickly.
In a customer case, it took more than 315 GB.
It could be useful to have option to delete quickly some workflow version not useful anymore.
Like script used in case 745509, with following rule for clean:
- Exclude versions with an active process instance.
- Allow to fill (but now, not mandatory) full name of workflow with folder (some customer have up to 18 same workflow name in different folder).
- Have a default rule to delete/display only workflows versions older than more than one year, and keep one (the latest) version per year.
