Add a central log management

Hi, we are migrating our workflows to Nintex Automation. That said new workflows are created every week. As they are developed they create errors and need to be troubleshooted. The problem as an Administrator is that logs are spread over 3 production servers and in multiple log locations EventLog(Application, K2) , HostServerError logs, ADUMerror rogs etc... . It is very difficult to provide correct and detailed logs to our workflow developers. It would be great if there was a tool to collect all logs and make them searchable with filters.
