Deploy SharePoint artefacts via PowerShell

The possibility to deploy SharePoint artefacts via PowerShell whould help automate the process. There could be a mapping configuration file - as this seems to be the main issue.

Also to have a senseful backup strategy as usual database backups seem to be rather not working as there is no rollback functionality.
