In order for Nintex to provide better support and enable customers to also help themselves, a system dashboard would be a welcomed feature to the Management site. Similar to the Nintex Analytics (https://www.onethreadapp.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Nintex-Dashboard.webp) dashboard, it can be a configurable dashboard, with "widgets" indicating running workflow instance counts, system performance indicators, integration connection statuses and frequent error notices.
System Health & System Error Widgets can be extended with capabilities to send details of issues to Nintex. It will enable customers to detect issues early and support engineers with an overview of general system health to accompany incident information.
The current "dashboard" of the Management site is merely a navigation form with no reflection of any aspect of the environments which it manages.
