K2 smartforms - formatting of text copied from Microsoft product into rich text

our users have used Microsoft product (words, excel, etc.) regularly for their day-to-day operation. When we introduced K2 workflow engines in attempt to improve these processes, users have feedback that the K2 smartforms do not have features such as strikethrough, or issues with formatting of text (copied from Microsoft product) into rich text.

We hope that this is something that can be looked into for future K2 updates.
