When copying content from MS Word or other rich text source and pasting it into a rich text-capable field in a K2 SmartForm, the user is presented with a warning, "The content you are trying to paste has MS Word formatting. Would you like to clean it?" This message can cause confusion for users and generate help desk calls/tickets.
Nintex/K2 support confirmed this morning that this is by design and the warning message cannot be disabled in the control on the form.
Would like to have the option to disable this warning in the control and to set the control to either automatically clean it or to automatically 'not clean' it without prompting the user when they are filling out the form.
