We propose developing a Gallery Control that allows embedding images and PDFs as SmartObjects in Nintex Automation on Prem (K2 Five). This control should provide users with the ability to preview images and/or PDFs when multiple images are uploaded in a workflow. It should offer a user-friendly interface that enables users to easily view and manage uploaded media content without the need to open them separately like in a Gallery. The control should support multiple file formats and ensure that the preview of the content is available directly within the workflow context.
