Ability to import workflow definition from workflow designer

Since the feature to download the design definition of a workflow, even a specific version, we could add an import button/UI to the workflow designer's concierge screen, that will allow those definitions to be uploaded and imported.

This will aid troubleshooting and support, without the need of specialized tools.
