"Mathematical" action erroneously called this because it provides the weakest set of operations of all the tools I have worked with. I think youneed to pay attention to Nintex Bot and add all it operation and formulas to be available out of the box. See https://help.nintex.com/en-US/rpa/Actions/Formula.htm#Math
