Template Import File Validation "Select All" option

In cases where we import a template into the live environment from the sandbox environment, there is always a validation error because the webhooks already exist in the live environment.

Given that our dev team has 11 environments with corresponding webhooks that we use in the sandbox environment, a "Select All" option for "Use Existing" during the File Validation phase of importing a template into the live environment would solve the issue of us having to manually click the "Use Existing" button 55 times every time we import a template.
