Add logic process in K2 workflow to remove duplicate To and CC address.

Porblem : We have to send email To and CC. Some case mail address in CC is duplicate with To. User will get the email 2 times.

Request : If case of email in To and CC duplicate, K2 should have the logic about auto remove duplicate email in CC before email process (SMTP process). Admin no need to change mail server configuration.
