OAS 3.0 Support for REST service Instance

Currently only OAS2.0 is supported in order to generate Service instance. Need support in order to have OAS3.0 swagger supported.

    Thank you for your feedback. At this time, there is no plan to natively support Swagger v3 definition files with the existing REST broker in K2. However, we reevaluate requests periodically and will reach out if priorities change in the future. Thanks!
