Return From Email Address for Exchange Online Email SmartObject

The Email SmartObject for the Exchange Online Service Broker only returns a display name for the "From" field (i.e. Sender) when listing or loading emails. We would like to be able to access the From Email address so we can store and report on this, as well as send emails to this address as part of workflow solution.
