Item attachments linked to the attachment field they have been added to

This is possibly a O365 fix, but impacts NWC.

Currently, if a O365 form has multiple attachment fields, there is not a way to determine in NWC which attachment was added to which field.

This makes it impossible to use doc gen properly, and display the right image under the right field, even more if the attachment field allows multiple images and some of them are not mandatory.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback for our review. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on other highly requested features.
