Update, add, and give examples on how to connect to API's and Integrations

There are no clear instructions on how to integrate different types of API's to K2 Cloud. If there are instructions, they are not clear or not up to date. I recently tried to add MS Teams integration, and all the resources I could find are out dated.

    We document the integration points for K2 Cloud as thoroughly as we can. What resources were out of date? There have been no recent changes to K2 Cloud that would change the API integrations that have been documented, so everything should be documented accurately. We keep our documentation as up to date as possible with any changes that we release in K2. Let me know or submit feedback on the documentation itself as to what is out of date. Thanks!

    I tried (and gave up) trying to make a service broker for Microsoft Graph API. I tried to simplify things by integrating to ChatGPT instead as a POC. Failed and gave up. Meanwhile, I connected my iPhone Shortcuts app with ChatGPT and Siri with relatively little effort.
