Delegation with Out of Office

Expanding on the current out of office functionality... It would be great if there was a way to provide a little more configuration for all users to self-service their out of office:

Add a time-frame for users to setup the valid time for their delegation - it would automatically stop working after expiration
Add a choice between redirecting or sharing the tasks (currently redirects only)
Add the ability for all users to be able to make exceptions for specific workflows and tasks but all other workflows would not be delegated at all and would still come to the original user

Administrative Abilities:
Ideally, there should be a saved log of all the out of office delegation configurations which admins can access and see for audit purposes in the future. This would help understand why an administrative assistant was approving tasks that are meant for the CEO (as an example). We would see the CEO has setup their delegation this way on purpose.
