Allow package and deploy tool to run on Mac or at least via Parallels application.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback. At this time, the Package and Deploy tool is a snap-in that requires MMC to function. There are no plans to redo the P&D tool, so unless Microsoft adds compatibility for Macs or Parallels, we are unable to support this request. Thanks!
