Add Purge Process to RPA Central Instances

It would be nice to have either a built in process through the dashboard or a separate exe or TSQL scripts to purge the Instances for the database. Or at least have it so not all Instances are loaded into the dashboard.

    We allowed infinite scrolling now in Central 2.8.0 with a default page size of 50, so it will only load the most recent 50 instances (which you can change) and then load more as you scroll.
