Where did all the functionality go?

I can't migrate any of my forms and workflows because the functionality doesn't exist in the "new" SPO world? So it's not just that I have to rebuild them but I have to redesign them as well? Example: where did "previous value" workflow trigger option disappear to? Why don't my hyperlink fields show in the form? In Responsive I can't seem to move more than one field at a time which is time consuming. Workflows don't show progress in list view. I can't seem to keep a static header field when I configure pages in a form or emphasize labels with different background colors. Every google search I've done just tells me this functionality isn't there yet and those comments are dated years ago. Please tell me I'm just missing something obvious or the new release is coming asap.
